THE DIRECTOR

Sindi  Nkadimeng, obtained her LLB ( Batchelor of Laws) degree from RAU currently University of Johannesburg. She has vast experience on amongst other things debt collection, general litigation, commercial litigation, property and drafting of agreements for various institutions such as BMW Finance, Wesbank ,Standard Bank, Insurance Companies as well as foreclosures for numerous large commercial banks and on did work on various provincial and local government matters.

ASSOCIATES

Bongani Mnisi, obtained his LLB (Batchelor of Laws) degree from the University of Cape Town , he is also an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with certificates on legislative drafting, advanced labour law and on project management. After completion articles at A.F. Noxaka & Ass, he specializes in legislative drafting, parliamentary monitoring, developed and managed National Housing Eviction Programme. He sits on boards on a number of companies he founded and joined.

Tshifhiwo Mudau, obtained his LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the University of Limpopo ( Turfloop campus), he is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2012. After completion articles at Matela Sibanyoni and Associates specializing in Administration of Deceased’s Estate, Interpretation of the Will, Corporate and Commercial Law, Drafting, Civil Litigation and Debt collection.

CONVEYANCERS AND NOTARY PUBLIC

Shaaheda Hoosein is an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. She was admitted as Attorney in 2001. Admitted as a Conveyancer in 2003 and Notary Public in 2007. She is Head Conveyancer at Nkadimeng Attorneys, manages and oversees junior and other conveyancers. She is a member of the Johannesburg Attorneys Association Property, Law Society and Northern Province.
She heads up drafting and preparation of commercial and residential transfers, attending to registration of mortgage bonds (loan, switches, bonds linked to development, further loans), bond cancellation and substitution of debtor document. Drafting of commercial and residential sale agreement, providing property related opinions.
Signing guarantees and drafting of final accounts on registration of transfers. She does drafting of various notarial deeds of servitude, pre nuptial agreements, notarial bonds and notrial deeds of cession of exclusive use areas. She served articles at Farouk Khan Attorneys and joined legal board and various legal practices like Rischard Cassim & Associates, Alan Levy Attorneys, Deneys Reitz Inc and TGR Attorneys.

Maretha Du Toit is an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. She is the acting Head Conveyancer at Nkadimeng Attorneys, manages and oversees junior and other conveyancers. She is a member of the Johannesburg Attorneys Association Property, Law Society and Northern Province.
She does the interpreting and assists in drafting of transfer documents. She interacts with role players in transfer process from receiving transfer instruction to the transfer of properties in the deeds office and the closure of files. She also does liaising with clients, attorneys, local councils and other relevant parties during transfer process.

Litigation – she assists in drafting of litigation documents for divorce actions, collection of debt and civil litigation matters that originate from conveyancing, sales and rental practices.
She does Magistrate Court appearance in general litigation matters and administration of estates and liaising with Masters office.

Prior to joining our firm she worked Mahlangu Attorneys Incorporated and Ettiene Bedecker Inc / Verryn Matlarhe Inc.

Thandokazi Mase is an Attorney and Conveyancer. She attends to registration of mortgage bonds (normal, further loans, switches), cancellations and drafting of contracts. She also attends to registration of servitudes, street closures, investigations and regularisation of transfers.
Prior to joining our firm she worked as an Associate at MMV Attorneys Inc. East London, South Africa and SPA at Legal Aid South Africa Port Elizabeth Justice Centre.

Nita Rajesh is Attorney and Conveyancer. She has experience in property matters and assists in drafting of agreements for commercial and residential properties.
She assists staff with bond registrations, bond cancellations and transfers.
Attends to drafting and registering transfers, servitudes (personal and praedial) and related property transactions. She also attends to Risk & Compliance checks in respect of FICA for all clients (individuals, companies, trusts etc). And the lodging of Estates with the Master and subsequent winding of estate.

Litigation – she drafts of Magistrates Court Papers, Bill of costs, preparation of and attends to Default Judgements, Pre- Trial Conferences, Trials, Taxations and applications.
Handles general civil litigation court appearances and attendance at High Court Trials and Consults. She previously worked for Naheem Raheman & Associates and Scorpion Legal Protection (Durban).

CANDIDATE ATTORNEYS

Tshifhiwa Mudau obtained her LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the University of Venda in 2013. Her competences are civil litigation, drafting of contracts and legal opinion, debt collection, attending to motion court matters at Magistrate courts, drafting legal agreements and client consultations. She will be admitted in November 2016.
Rose Mahale obtained her LLB degree (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Fort Hare in 2015. Her competences are debt collection, property matters and general litigation.

ACCOUNTANT

Nthabiseng Nkadimeng obtained her BCOM (Bachelor of Accounting) from the University of Witwatersrand and later obtained BCOM (HONS) in 2009. Her competencies are drafting financial statements, providing financial advise, cost analysis, preparation and submitting of SARS returns, public relations and office management.
She manages on debt collection, medical aid recoveries and subsidy and business administration.
